Hi, I’m Mackenzie Cameron, LPCA, NCC. I’m so glad you’re here!

I believe mental health care should feel human, approachable, and grounded in real life. My goal is to support you as a whole person and help you take practical steps to feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your emotional well-being.

I specialize in women’s mental health, helping those navigating reproductive and hormonal transitions, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, irritability, challenges of young adulthood, and major life changes. Whether you’re managing fertility or pregnancy challenges, postpartum adjustments, relationship shifts, or navigating school, careers, and early adulthood, we’ll work together to identify what matters to you and take actionable steps to get there.

I founded Clarity Mental Health Collective to meet a growing need for therapy that truly centers women and girls — their stories, their emotions, their hormones, and their seasons of life. Too often, women’s mental health is treated as an afterthought, even though hormonal and reproductive shifts deeply affect mood and identity.  My vision was to blend professional expertise with a down-to-earth, human approach, so every woman who walks through the door feels understood, validated, and empowered.
